A certified medical billing and coding specialist, Johnetta began her career after earning her credential from Everest Institute. She later advanced her academic foundation by graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix.
Johnetta's career has spanned diverse healthcare environments where she has consistently distinguished herself through her precision, efficiency, and deep knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems. Johnetta has built a reputation for swiftly resolving complex billing inquiries and ensuring timely reimbursement for providers—directly contributing to the financial health and sustainability of medical practices.
